Delaney Davidson

@ Archies Creek Hotel

Doors 8pm, Show 8.30pm

One of Aotearoa’s most influential and lauded contemporary songwriters, Delaney Davidson is making his way back to Archies Creek this May! Delaney Davidson’s music emerges from a world where tradition meets the uncharted. Rooted in the sounds of Hank Williams and the wild energy of The Birthday Party, with a touch of Johnny Cash’s stoic power and Buster Keaton’s deadpan wit, Davidson's work paints a world where shadows and light dance in perfect harmony. His lyrics—often dark, sometimes haunting—probe deep into the human soul. From the chilling resonance of murder ballads to the raw, tender reflections on the intricacies of life, Davidson’s songs speak with an honesty few can match. A MUST SEE!
